The first bath, renovated to restore its original glory, uses period-style elements such as black subway tile and molded wood cabinetry painted white for contrast. The vaulted ceiling uses decorative millwork and a combination of discreet contemporary lighting with a period-style brushed copper chandelier.
The bath’s showpiece is the claw foot bathtub with brushed copper fixtures and a window placed above to overlook the lush landscape
The second bath uses marble tile. Most is cut into subway-style dimensions, combined with a porcelain vessel sink and tub. Decorative fixtures are used throughout to give it a splash of color
Furthermore, the lighting was overhauled, redesigned and upgraded throughout the home. We are showing two decorative chandelier-type sconces that were placed over the fireplace area.
