Full Home Renovation – Culver City

We gave this Culver City home a complete overhaul. The old space looked cramped, crowded, and dark; we removed walls to open up the smaller areas and we removed the old carpeting to replace it with beautiful hardwood flooring. The result was an environment that felt much more inviting and spacious.

There was a wall dividing the rooms of the kitchen and dining room, which we demolished to unify the space. The kitchen and dining room area was updated with contemporary practical elements such as granite countertops, state of the art appliances, and beautiful hardwood flooring. Recessed and pendant lighting accentuates the new features beautifully to make the new space space much more engaging than before.

The hot water heater that was previously in the kitchen utility closet was noisy and the old shelves were the only source of storage in the pantry. We relocated the water heater into the garage (as a tankless water heater to save on space and energy). We removed the old shelving and made the space into a combo pantry/laundry room area.
